Day 1| Arrive at Paro
Paro Elevation: 2,240 m
- Welcome to Bhutan, the Land of the Thunder Dragon. Touching down at Paro International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide upon exiting the arrival hall and you will transfer to Hotel.
- Today, we will take it easy to adapt to the altitude. Let’s have your first taste of Bhutanese cuisine.
- Evening take a stroll around Paro market and town.
- Overnight in Paro
Day 2| Paro Sightseeing
- Morning visit Drukgyel Dzong meaning victory fortress from where Bhutanese repelled several Tibetan invasions. On a clear day, there is splendid view of Mt. Jomolhari from the approach road to this Dzong
- Later visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) and walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, the fortress which has a long and fascinating history
- Evening visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of the Kingdom
Day 3| Drive Thimphu
Thimphu Elevation: 2,230 m
Driving Distance: 56 km|1hr
- Morning drive to Thimphu enroute visit Simtokha Dzong, the oldest fortress of the Kingdom which now houses the school for religious and cultural studies
- Afternoon free for shopping and leisure
Day 4|Thimphu
- Morning drive to BBS Tower for fascinating view of Thimphu valley and later visit mini zoo, Anim Dratshang (nunnery), National Library, Handmade Paper factory & Memorial Chorten (stupa)
- Afternoon, as the time permits, visit to School of Arts & Crafts, Textile & Folk Heritage Museum, Zangtho Pelri Lhakhang (Temple) and Handicrafts Emporium
Day 5| Thimphu – Punakha
Punakha Elevation: 1,200 – 4,800 m
Dochula Pass Elevation: 3,080 m
Driving Distance: 77 km| 3hrs
- Morning drive to Punakha taking a short stop at Dochula pass that heralds the most enchanting views of Bhutan
- Afternoon visit Punakha Dzong and Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten
- Evening free in Fascinating Punakha valley
Day 6| Rafting along Punatshang Chhu.
Wangdue Elevation: 800 – 5,800 m
- Morning transfer to the rafting site for rafting experience.
- Wangduephodrang visiting Dzong and local market. The district of Wangduephodrang is also famous for its bamboo products, slate and stone carvings
Day 7| Punakha – Paro
Driving Distance: 145 km| 5 hrs
- Morning transfer to Paro
- Afternoon visit to Paro market and a traditional farm house
Day 8| Departure; Farewell/Paro
Depending on the flight schedule our representative will escort you to the airport for your onward flight destination.

Transportation
A Good condition sightseeing vehicle will be allocated for the tour to ensure smooth travel. Depending on the no of tourists traveling, our agent shall reserve the right to best assign the vehicle as given below;
